Usually after I come back home from a travel, I try to recreate the food-mood from the country I have just been to. In June I visited Greece, one of its very many islands, Alonnisos. Except musaca, greek salad was my favorite food there. The first thing I did when I came back home, I prepared and later photographed greek salad....and I ate it afterwards.
