Raw Honeycomb dripping with glossy yellow honey. Eating raw honey straight from the honeycomb has some amazing benefits. The nutrient value is maximized when it’s consumed raw and is the best way to enjoy its delicious sweetness and nutritional value.
This dish was plated by the Chef in such a graphical way when viewed as a top-down, there was no need to over-style the table. I love the stark simplicity of this shot. Good lighting was all that was needed.
I think Lucifer would be happy to eat this smokin' brisket burger. This shot was inspired by those commercial bottle photography shots where the camera looks up at the subject. It really makes the product/food/subject look more powerful, don't you think?
Playing with fire. It's not always easy to capture it right to avoid the flames being overexposed or getting a dark result.
Fast shutter speed works best from 1/250 to 1/350 | f /9 | ISO 100
This was originally meant to be a floating banana split, but it all became a bit too much, so I kept it to just some floating bananas, dripping with chocolate. Super delicious, if you ask me! For this shot, the camera was tilted, as was the backdrop, to really give it a fun mood.
Colorful strawberry Macarons...The outer shell is crisp, the inner cookie is slightly chewy, with a creamy filling.
This flatbread pizza was actually created for lunch, one day and I liked it so much I quickly grabbed some wood for a background. The pizza was photographed using natural window light.
This shoot was a particular favourite of mine as a case study success story. The clients are really nice people and very hard workers. Though they hadn't embraced the importance of marketing, or online booking systems. Spending money on a big shoot and a new website was a real leap of faith for them, though they took our suggestions on board, took a 'risk' with the low-key lighting style (as opposed to the over-used high-key lighting for most seafood restaurants) and gained brand differentiation.
They also gained a 40 fold increase in their online bookings within two months of their campaign and site launch and are now positioned to sell their business with very healthy-looking books. A very happy ending! :-)
Where I'm from, cups can really fly! Seriously, all I had to do in the post was to get rid of the wings... ;) Funny enough, the hardest thing about this shot was getting a good looking splash. Who knows the feeling of 'oh one more try' when doing splash shots, and 'the next one is going to be it!'?
You can tell stories in infinite ways, you can use any props that you consider will match with what you want to tell. Think differently, think outside the box.
Dalgona coffee is perfect for a hot day :-)

Shot using natural light.
This is the perfect dessert for summer. My version of Lactose-Free Panna cotta ( Italian for "cooked cream"), served with strawberry and raspberry coulis.
Shot with one Profoto B10 studio light, a large Octobox, and a black foam core board on the right.

Salad with prosciutto, asparagus, and burrata. Recipe developed, styled, and photographed for Staud‘s Vienna. You can find the recipe here: https://www.sweetsandlifestyle.com/blattsalat-mit-eingelegtem-spargel-rohschinken-und-burrata/
A vegetarian dish from the chef Mario Schneider from "the STEWER" in Vienna. Its photographed at the table in the guest room, to get all ready a feeling of being in the Restaurant´s vibes.
When you run out of fresh food at home, it's easy to turn to beautiful spices like these cinnamon sticks! I have always wanted to shoot cinnamon sticks, but never expected the final image to look like this. I really embraced the warm colors for this shot, and I am happy with how it came out, in the end.
Shot some Cold Brew for the love of coffee, the pour adds a beautiful touch which makes the image dynamic & relatable. Colour Palette - soft with peach, white, and brown. Source of light - Hard, Diffused.
I love back-lighting my images to capture the most challenging of aspects on a dish, such as the thin streak of black sauce drizzled here across the black plate. Back-lighting accentuates texture to great effect in this way, allowing photographers to capture the most elusive of aspects within a dish.
