Pieter D'hoop

I’m Pieter D’Hoop, culinary photographer and food lover.
I don’t like the word food photographer because for me there is more to photograph than just food on the plate. Capturing the atmosphere, the products, the people, from chef to dishwasher.

I like to focus more on small details, and isolate them from their surroundings. I'm an ambassador for fujifilm and nanlite. But I work with different techniques to light up my pictures. I always work in the restaurant and make the pictures next to the chef.
