If I had to give love a palpable shape, it would be food. All the experiences and stories that go around people sowing, harvesting or cooking, made me realize we have a very profound connection with food, and it goes beyond a basic need that must be satisfied... Love, is necessary for individual and social peace, and so is food.
What I am, among other things, is a simple human being. What I do, is to express myself through Food/Prop Styling and Photography.

Long story short: A local chef (Paulette Tejada) was challenged to create a fine dining dish using Dominican Christmas Dinner leftovers. An amazingly executed Masterpiece which I had the honor to photograph.
I had a few days wanting to have Har Gow for dinner and once they were done, I realized they were perfect for a picture. This was shot with just one light and didn’t use any reflector.
There’s this cook who lost his job during this pandemic, he used to work in a very recognized sushi restaurant and was trying to survive by selling sushis from home. I really enjoyed the look and taste of his product, and thought was a really great idea to make a few pictures to help him promote his business.
