After 25 years of experience in hospitality and gastronomy, photographer Estefano Onatrac thought it was time to further develop his passions. He figured out a way to combine travel and culinary photography. Estefano went travelling and discovered the latest culinary trends. This was eventually the basis for his cookbooks. With these cookbooks, he inspires other people with all his culinary tips and experience. In addition, photoshoots with star chefs ensured that the culinary picture was complete.
