From a young age I've been intrigued by food. Sowing the seeds to the harvest in the green garden at my grandmothers farm.
The goal of my photography is to give the viewer insight into the journey that takes place before the food reaches the plate. Food isn’t just about the final dish – it’s about the journey.
Or capture different food processes, like cheesemakers of vegetable growing, showing the journey from "field to table".
