Working with this chef is synonymous with creativity, amazing colors and textures. The combination of nero di sepia pasta with seafood was a festival of flavors in an impeccable presentation.
107th CollectionThe master mixologist Jorge told us that this cocktail has a peculiarity that when combining certain elements of the recipe with acid (lemon in this case) a reaction is created where the purple color will change instantly! What a surprise we got while we were portraying the action.
