Fresh produce straight from farmers markets are beautiful. They don’t need much. It is basically pressing the shutter. In this case, the red and green complement each other very well. It just make the picture colorful and balanced.

I used this ingredients for ice pops. I brought everything to the table and they looked so beautiful together. Again, purple and yellow are colors that do well together. I just was there and took the picture of something that is naturally beautiful. I love the tiny shiny specular light in the blackberries.

Cookies and milk are a combination that doesn’t need styling. They hit the child inside us and they wake up our feelings. I remember the day I took this picture. I saw the light falling beautifully on the table, the house smelled amazing from the fresh baked cookies... the rest was just pressed the cámara shutter.

I like playing with monochromatic pictures and motion. Lavender is one of my favorites tea ever. It has a nice color, it is beautiful, simple, photo-ready. It all worked well for the photo.

Photographing ice cream is one of the most challenging situations. It requires you to work fast. Really fast. One of the things that helped me was to prepare the composition in advance (more than working with other subjects). Have lots of ice Cream available for test shoots. And have lots of paper towels to clean the mess.

This photo was taken using natural light. The challenge with creams is always found a way to add some texture to the subject. Some layers of green leave did the trick.

Ahhhh the pouring shoot! Pouring things over my food is probably one of my top 3 I enjoy the most about food blogging and food photography. For pancakes, it is a must.

This Creamy Coconut Ginger Carrot Soup is Our way to fight the cold weather during fall and winter days. Plus it is so beautiful and photo-ready. Blended soups can be tricky to photograph. But they have a lot of potentials. Using garnish as a prop in a way I faced this shoot. A drizzle of coconut on top, with some nigella seeds and herbs, added the texture it needed.
