About me
Hannes Eichinger was born in 1977 and lives close to Vienna. After many years as an Art Director he earned a Master's Degree in Photography in 2007. For about ten years now he has been working as a free-lance photographer. His main fields of activity are interior design, food and lifestyle photography. Beside his high quality consciousness, he offers a modern, creative and customised realisation due to his flexibility and long-standing experience.

I found this great recipe in an old cookery book from my grandma. I think she would be proud of me because it tasted delicious. Dear grandma with this great plum cake I always can think of the wonderful time with you.

Is there anything better in the morning than fresh fruits? YES! Fresh fruits with chia seeds and yoghurt and dry mulberries. Strawberries and physalis give you the energy and power you need for the day. Enjoy this simple breakfast....I love it :-)
