This is my quick and easy twist on famous Toscan soup - ribollita. I made it with cannelini beans, tomatoes and kale and served with parmesan garlic toasted bread. The idea behind this picture was to make it look rustic and autumnal.
This is a photo of a simple fish and seafood soup made according to an italian recipe with cannellini beans and tomatoes. I made it for my husband who is a huge fan of all seafood dishes.
My family is trying to cut down on sugar, so I prepared this apple and zucchini loaf with whole grain flour, oatmeal and walnuts. Of course there is no sugar added, all the sweetness comes from apples and a little bit of honey. The loaf tastes delicious, especially as a part of a healthy breakfast.
Thick soup for the end of summer. It is made of roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes. I love the color of the soup so I emphasized it with turquoise and blue color of background and props.
