Fotógrafo profissional de alimentos, Guto Souza atua na área desde 2012 e já fotografou para centenas de restaurantes e empresas em Curitiba e região – incluindo McDonald’s, Madero, Lindt, Nestlé, Alegra, 10 Pastéis, Jeronimo, Germer, entre outros. Também já fotografou pratos de renomados chefs paranaenses, como Manu Buffara, Lênin Palhano, Igor Marquesini, Fábio Mattos, Délio Canabrava e Joy Perine.
Seu trabalho é caracterizado pelos apuros técnico e estético. Já foi premiado e participou de exposições fotográficas no Brasil e em Portugal.
Pós-graduado em Poéticas Visuais pela EMBAP, graduado em Publicidade pela UFPR, formado em Fotografia Artística pela Escola Portfólio e Chef Gourmet pelo Centro Europeu.

My city, Curitiba, in southern Brazil, has a strong Italian influence. On Sundays, families traditionally go to Italian restaurants to have a meal like this one. Huge lines are formed in front of the restaurants to feast on these delicious dishes!
