A river cruise from Basel to Strasbourg and a nice Gala dinner. This dish was created by 2 Michelin Stars chef Tim Raue. Excellent work.

This dish was cooked on the river cruise between Basel and Strasbourg during the Excellence Gourmet Festival. On the menu from the German 2 Michelin star chef Tristan Brand was pike perch as the 4th course. A wonderful course!
