Seventy-Fourth Collection
Many of us start our days with two drinks: coffee and orange juice. I combine coffee and orange juice. Coffee and orange juice make an unusual mixed drink.
Late afternoon sunlight at the end of a full day shoot, the light was at the right angle to enhance the long stems of the glasses, the ice-cubes melting quickly in the afternoon sun. Playing with shadows has had my interest for a long time a technique I firstly worked with predominantly in the studio with full control but in the end is all about seeing the possibilities of light and how to work with sunlight.
A cocktail of Austrian schnaps and Korean peach milk soda, garnished with cranberry and fragrant rosemary. A new creation just wonderful for this holiday season.
Recipe photographed for famous Italian starred chef, Ciro Scamardella, based in Rome at the Pipero restaurant.
A delicate pasta called "Risone" with a black truffle jelly sheet.
The hero of the photo is the gluten-free cake with mascarpone frosting and caramelized figs. I wanted to show the mood of the afternoon light.
Such a nice treat: eating crispy potatoe chips while watching a movie or series. Snacks in motion! Hence the details with the fresh potatoes in front.
Dynamite King Prawns, Explosive crispy tempura king prawns, tossed in Tamasha homemade spiced mayo. Courtesy of @TamashGrill & @Masoncircle
Shot this Mocha for a grab & go coffee kiosk in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The aim is to showcase the premium coffee beans they used as ingredient for this cup of coffee.
Stewed cabbage. Do you know the useful properties? Stewed cabbage is a traditional Latvian Christmas meal.
Product photo shoot for Dimdini , local Latvian producer @dimdini_
This was a amazing foodshoot I did with starrestaurant Restaurant Rantree Maastricht. We tried to think outside the box and create amazing images the could use on their new website.
Pear hazelnut frangipane tart with chocolate shavings. This scene was not artificially styled for a shot. But when Iโve finished this tart with chocolate shavings and sugar powder dust and cut a few pieces my gaze got locked in all the beautiful details and thenโฆ. everyone had to wait until a made a shot before eating.
I love capturing splashes and levitation and I think the splash effect energizes the food and makes it look fresh and exciting.
The Japanese Vintage mug was all the more reason to plan and execute this shot.

This photo was inspired by memories of a trip to Berlin in 2018. The Bretzels were amazing there and when I returned to my country I missed them so much, so I decided to give my recipe a try. Not the same but good enough
Created to showcase a familiar scene and focused on the contrast between the soft, calm green tones and the energy of the falling chocolate crispearls.
Playing with shape, texture and color in styling this salad. I wanted to give it a natural feeling. Shot with one speedlight in my studio.
A typical splash, rehearsing high speeds sync in the studio. Using two stripboxes with the same power to achieve uniformity in terms of light in the scene and also the effect of elongated light on the sides of the bottle.
Brightly coloured limoncello bottle photographed with lemons and purple flowers, with a bright purple background for a juxtaposition effect.
Splash action with the prosecco product from the client's store. Simple styling and environment with eye-catching action-details.
This shot is a composite of 6 shots and was shot with a speedlight. I wanted the pancake stack to have an almost magical glow to it, which I emphasised through editing. I thought it'd match all the magic-like movement in the image.
This is another image which a created and captured for a local bakery. The business wanted the main focus on the texture of the focaccia. The airiness and huge bubbles. I had to style the focaccia 4 different ways. 3 times savory and 1 time sweet.
Iโve created this festive scene to celebrate upcoming Christmas. The natural light was soft and beautiful that day and it was such a pleasure to work with it. I wanted to imitate snowing on these mini bundt cakes so I didnโt use my hands in the frame or myself, only that sugar snow.
I wanted to evoke the feel of a Nordic Christmas here. Neutral background with pops of green and red. Moody winter light.
My goal was to make the image cosy, comforting and warm - even while keeping the tones in the image cool.
I would call this picture "Still life with chocolate Christmas wreath and magical swirls of smoke". Smoke adds depth to the shot, as well as life and energy.
I always find something magical in levitation photography. The process itself is magical how you can use tools to create an illusion.
Fine food with escargot and a perfect bottle of chardonnay. Shooting for a top level restaurant in Zurich. And a romantic atmosphere need candles lights!
Which way do you turn this to make sense ???โโ๏ธ. It will depend if you are coffee or desert person, but I enjoyed so much making this tricky setup.
I took this photograph to glorify one of those simple pleasure that I have in my life: the exquisite sips of iced latte during a hot summer afternoon.
Sometimes, the mess turns to be a great thing. The messy concept was to create a different advertising look for Cookies Cream products. This is a part of my personal project: Made the snacks great again.
Strawberry cheesecake made for my friend's birthday ended as a perfect model for having fun with capturing the smoke. For your interest ... cheesecake was delicious as well!
