This dish made a constant appearance in my mom’s kitchen. All the family loved it and always asked when she would prepare it again. These chiles can be spicy depending on the batch you get, but along with the cheese filling and the cream sauce, it helps level things up.

It’s in this tender mood that this simple, yet magical recipe was born: blueberry water kefir. A drink that brings together beneficial bacteria, the vibrant colors of nature, and that unmistakable feeling of springtime joy.
More than just a refreshing beverage, this blueberry water kefir is a gentle reminder to slow down, reconnect with nature, and savor the small, beautiful moments that spring offers.

A drink that catches the eye before it touches the lips.

It's easy to get lost in paradise with this cocktail basking in the sun.

Suprisingly delicious combination of peach and tomatoes, accompanied by fresh herbs, burrata and pistachios. That's the taste of summer :)

In this photo, I used elements from the label to create a prop. This created a unique background and highlighted the illustration from the label.

A twist on the classic tiramisu. This version is served in a glass and made with homemade kefir cheese instead of traditional mascarpone. Light, creamy, and layered with rich coffee flavors, it offers all the indulgence of the original, with a refreshing and wholesome touch. Just as delicious, but with a bit of a personal, probiotic spin!

Clean styling, bold contrast, and a whole lot of texture—this shoot was all about turning fresh into unforgettable.

The client asked to create a morning breakfast atmosphere to emphasize the lightness and self-sufficiency of the product. Focus on the packaging, but in a relaxed way.

Pinwheel cake slices served on green plates with fresh strawberries and mint leaves, accompanied by cups of coffee, creating a delightful dessert setting.

Crafting perfection with every twist. Chef Matthias, Head Chef of Zum Weißen Rauchfangkehrer, adds the finishing touch to one of the house specialties: Beef Tartare. This dish is more than just food—it’s a signature of tradition and innovation, served with the elegance that defines Viennese cuisine.

Shooting at an overseas location always adds something special, especially when the venue is a floating boutique hotel. This elegantly plated dessert, framed by the unique interior of one of the client's luxury suites, captures the essence of travel, taste, and thoughtful design. This became one of my favourite highlights from the project.

I crafted this recipe for golden, aromatic baguettes infused with garlic, thyme, and rosemary—each bite bursting with flavor. Captured fresh from the oven, the photo evokes the warm, comforting scent that fills the entire home. My goal was to create a scene that feels both dramatic and mysterious, yet irresistibly cozy.

The white of the cod, the green of wild fennel, the golden hue of pasta: a visual harmony steeped in reinvented tradition.
