This dish made a constant appearance in my mom’s kitchen. All the family loved it and always asked when she would prepare it again. These chiles can be spicy depending on the batch you get, but along with the cheese filling and the cream sauce, it helps level things up.

Just as delicious, but with a bit of a personal, probiotic spin!


This setup channels a nostalgic Malaysian vibe with retro flair, combining warm wooden textures, tropical accents, and vintage electronics to tell a story of time, taste, and tradition.
