It's not easy to capture fire on plates this large. A huge Himalayan salt slab, mixed with tequila and high heat, allowed us to capture this striking image after several attempts. Was it worth it? Absolutely!

Whenever a knife is inserted, the aroma of the meat bursts forth with the steam that rises from the meat.<br />
The heat and the moment interweave to create a "realistic sense of deliciousness," which cannot be achieved by simply grilling the meat.<br />
The instinct of appetite is awakened with each slice.
