Here I created a winter scene that feels like it's telling a Christmas story. In the center of the frame is a glass filled with milk, from which a splash of milk spurts out, as if in a moment of movement, as if someone accidentally dipped a cookie. This effect conveys a sense of dynamism and joy.<br />
<br />
Crispy cookies with a chocolate layer and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Next to the cookies there is a small sign with the inscription "Eat Me", which evokes associations with the story "Alice in Wonderland" and adds a touch of fairy tale.

One day I've received a call from Marina Ravarotto (a well know chef here in Sardinia) telling me she received a nomination to be part of the Micheline Guide an she needed some photos to send them over for the guide. I wasn't aware of the beauty of her dishes. This is the first photo I've took for her and since then, we kept collaborating for her new wonderful menus.

There is nothing more Christmassy than a Gingerbread Cake with Gingerbread Cookies.  I used Chiroscuro lighting for this to give a winter feeling and allowed the colours from the buttercream icing to stand out.
