This strawberry sorbet with milk kefir and basil, generously topped with melted dark chocolate, was created for Food Art Digital online magazine.
The theme I explored was a summer scene indoors. In food photography, translating the warmth and vibrancy of summer into an image isn’t always simple, especially when you’re not shooting on location or don’t have access to a garden or terrace.
That’s where creativity, light, and thoughtful composition step in to bring the feeling of sunshine into the studio.

Plain gluten-free bread might look simple, almost ordinary. But give it a little love, and it transforms into something magical: golden French toast, soft on the inside, slightly crisp on the outside, crowned with fresh, juicy fruit and a delicate snowfall of powdered sugar.
What was once just bread becomes a sweet moment of comfort and indulgence, proof that even the simplest ingredients can tell a delicious story when treated with care.

Galette is a timeless French classic, known for its rustic beauty and rich history that spans centuries. Traditionally made with a buttery, flour-based crust shaped into a circle, a symbol of the sun and abundance, it has transformed over time into a versatile dish open to endless creativity. Whether filled with sweet fruits and cream or savory blends of vegetables and cheese, the galette has become a beloved favorite across cuisines. This particular version is gluten-free, made with homemade milk kefir, and generously filled with ripe tomatoes because few things capture the essence of summer better than juicy, flavorful tomatoes.

It’s in this tender mood that this simple, yet magical recipe was born: blueberry water kefir. A drink that brings together beneficial bacteria, the vibrant colors of nature, and that unmistakable feeling of springtime joy.
More than just a refreshing beverage, this blueberry water kefir is a gentle reminder to slow down, reconnect with nature, and savor the small, beautiful moments that spring offers.

A twist on the classic tiramisu. This version is served in a glass and made with homemade kefir cheese instead of traditional mascarpone. Light, creamy, and layered with rich coffee flavors, it offers all the indulgence of the original, with a refreshing and wholesome touch. Just as delicious, but with a bit of a personal, probiotic spin!

King ice cream is truly the king of flavors! The star of this photo is King Supreme, which offers an irresistible combination of flavors and textures. Creamy milk caramel is coated in a delicious layer of salted caramel, white chocolate, and crunchy cookie bits.
