Surf and turf board including grilled pork tender loin with Bearnaise sauce, potato wedges, asparagus, shrimps and crawfish and of course one shot of salmon roe. My motivation is passion. I prepare all of the dishes by myself and after that it's a challenge to take the pic because I normally have a few minutes to take the pic before I have to eat it.

Grilled purple broccoli steak drizzled with mornay sauce. Personal work trying out new Paul Buff Alien Bee soft boxes and new Erickson Surfaces.
This is one of my favourite brownies using a lot of quality dark chocolates, cocoa powder and mini peanut butter cups. I took this shot as I wanted to capture the lusciousness and moistness of these beautiful gems.
A leftover breakfast, french toast in cassarole with 'Kipferl', apples and raspberries, simple and so delicious. Comfortfood at it's best! As usual, shot with natural light and a reflector.
Oat Flour Banana Pancakes: I make different styles of pancakes. But, these fluffy pancakes have become our favorite. The ingredients are oat flour, medium ripe banana, organic free range egg, low fat milk, rice bran oil, salt, and baking powder.
Radicchio, Blood Orange & Fennel Salad with Pecorino Dressing. An Italian inspired recipe developed for an Irish magazine- Munster Interiors.
Roast sweet potatoes gave this soup a lovely rich colour. I surrounded the soup with all the ingredients for the garnish; garlic crisps, sweet chilli and coriander. The colours โpoppingโ of the white marble slab.
Native New Zealand Koura, Paua, Bluff seaweed and wild watercress by Chef Vaughan Mabee at Amisfield Bistro in Queenstown, New Zealand. The native ingredients being used here truly inspire great photographs!

I like this home-cooked meal. Cooked in the oven, chicken, onions, potatoes, sweet pepper and orange. Decorated with herbs. I wanted to convey the juiciness and flavor of this delicious dish.
I was commissioned by Redburry Cakes opened in my vicinity for shooting their range of cakes. In this picture me and my team have tried to set up a scenario where the cake is freshly baked and is been given its finishing touch. We have placed the ingredients around to create a visual story and yet tried to get the focus on the cake. With numerous attempts of sprinkling the Cocoa powder, a perfect picture was successfully acheived by my team and we fell in love with this shot

Jerusalem pita, feta & marinated olives, choban salad, fried eggs with herbs, tahin, pekmez, burnt aubergine with crushed olives. Turkish peppers, preserved lemon, chickpeas. Turkish eggs salad. Chicken liver, crispy shallots, potato. Salmon, harissa sweet potato, grapes relish.

This was one of the pictures shot for a restaurant called Busago. The objective was to create an image depicting their meals are delivered to your doorstep and can be relished at your own space in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. To bring this out me and my team tried creating a scenario showing that the person is relishing on fresh food ordered from Busago in their own comfort zone at home while reading a book. The color scheme was well thought of and our team did a great job executing this vision.
This image was taken on a truly magical evening where three Michelin starred chef, Jacques Marcon collaborated with British Michelin chef, Adam Bennett at The Cross at Kenilworth.
