Photo with gnocchi salat:
This photo was shot for the fabulous food blog casualcooking.at. You can find the recipe here: https://www.casualcooking.at/gnocchi-salat/
The famous Egg Sald sandwich at the stylish and outlandish 'Morning Glory' in San Diego - that could have wait times of 2-3 hours on weekend mornings :)
Granola Ice Cream: I love ice cream, but it's one of the hardest things to photograph when it's summer outside and 30-degrees. Still, I tried to work quickly! :)
I have always loved the color and makeup of peas. These peas were photographed very simply using only window light. I love the softness of natural light and how it gave shape to these peas.
Almost Friday... Let me cheer you up with a Blueberry Martini... I know there is no alcohol in it, don’t blame me for trying

Mini carrot bundt cakes.
Photographing desserts and especially cakes is something I absolutely love. These bundt cakes were such a joy to photograph and of course, eat later.

Totally irresistible delicious cookies with a lovely soft texture that melts in your mouth, with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Taken in natural light.
I've always been fascinated by the rituals of tea pouring all over the world and wanted to capture the 'almost spiritual' moment the light catches the golden liquid and the ethereal steam. It took over fifty attempts to get it just right!

The heat was on creating cutting edge cocktails and capturing these for @missmoneypennysgc the new sister restaurant to award-winning @missmoneypennysnoosa
Noodle is one of my favorite food, also the main cuisine theme I photograph. When I took this picture, I just had bought a new small studio lamp, with which I made a slight beam of light especially focus on the egg yolk, wishing to strengthen the silky texture of the fresh egg. Of course, the flour, noodles and the rolling pin on cutting board, all together tell a simple story about how traditional noodles are made.
Posh Hawaiian Pizza - shot for Puttshack, Westfield, London. Beautiful Romana base pizza with tangy cheese, chilli, ham and pineapple, so simple but tastes so good.
I've been having so much fun playing with flash, and this vegan sage and split pea soup was just dying for a big 'ole lemon squirt!
This splash image was incredibly as well as complicated to create. Playing with the perspective and horizon was my main goal. To achieve this shot, I used 3 godox speedlights, 2 stripboxes and a Canon 80D.
PAPPA al POMODORO
Summer is time for tomatoes, so that means Pappa al Pomodoro. Pappa al Pomodoro is the hallmark of traditional Tuscan home cooking. It was invented to use up ingredients that would otherwise have gone to waste, such as stale bread, placing emphasis on a seasonal fare in a straightforward recipe that calls for a generous dash of the finest Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil. What makes pappa al Pomodoro a flagbearer of Tuscan cooking is its chameleon-like nature: the recipe varies from area to area, from family to family, sparking debate and disagreement, as is always the case when Tuscan town rivalries are provoked.
Here a modern way of serving that dish made by chef Marcello Corrado at Osteria Perillà, Rocca d’Orcia, Siena, Tuscany
Meat your match!
This photo was taken for food menu purposes at a hotpot restaurant. The meat is just too fresh to be resisted

Have not come across a more classier restaurant as @onyx_restaurant_budapest !! Such perfection in the decor, food and presentation !! Totally deserves it's 2 Michelin stars.
I have always enjoyed watching the mixing of two liquids of contrasting colors, must be from originally being a chemist. Nothing like starting the morning out with a cup of coffee, fresh fruit, and a croissant. Image captured with a strobe with short flash duration.

Made with real raspberries, this is deliciously smooth with a hint of fruit and an exceptionally smooth finish, it makes a refreshingly different G&T.
What an absolute pleasure to photograph these mind-blowing dishes @missmoneypennysgc by @bradenwhitechef for the new sister restaurant to award-winning @missmoneypennysnoosa
This is their Chargrilled Ora King Salmon ‘Stick” with ginger, kale furikake and pickled onion.
This picture of cucumber water was my very first attempt at splash photography. Less than a year after this photography journey began, it is so nice to see how hard work and determination can help anyone grow.
Doesn't it look refreshing?

This no-churn triple chocolate ice cream is so rich and dense, with a sprinkle of chopped nuts and chocolate sauce. Taken in natural light.
