Eighty-Eighth Collection
This homemade granola is my go-to no artificial added sugar choice. Made with GF oats, almonds, seeds (anything that is at hand), coconut flakes, dates and any dried fruit, this is easy to make, pack for a take along and fulfilling to eat.
(Eva Kosmas Flores challenge)
Inspired by Eva’s use of Red in her work
I wanted to use the context of the strawberries being cut and prepared for something, but in my case I concentrated on the stacked strawberries which I think look great in detail.
In this shot I wanted to give importance to the colors and happiness of childhood, through flat lighting and round elements. All this gives three-dimensionality to the photo.
This cool climate chardonnay is a wine like no other. Inspired by both the flavours and the label's rich colour palette, this composition was from one of my first dark-mood styled shoots. The lovely vigneron family who assigned me this project were celebrating a first successful vintage after two seasons in a row of cancelled harvests caused by natural disasters. I wanted to express the sunshine that softly comes after darkness, and brings that same smile as when you sip this sublime wine at night.
This photo is part of a series of shots dedicated to a restaurant in a small village in Tuscany. It is both a restaurant and a grocery store with products and dishes of the local tradition. I wanted an evocative shot with bright colors given by the pumpkin that is the protagonist in the composition. A retro and slightly dark mood
All the credit goes to the team at La Patria Restobar in San Juan, Puerto Rico that creates this beautiful Grey Goose Moscow mule.
I was just lucky enough to photograph it. And drink it 😎
Strawberry milkshake is a delicious drink made with strawberries, milk, ice cream and flavoring ingredients like vanilla extract or strawberry syrup. Optionally topped with whipped cream, strawberry syrup and the options are endless, it can be easily dressed to a dessert drink!
Asparagus, bottarge, caviar and flower imagined by chef Jimmy Elisabeth for the restaurant Voyage Samaritaine in Paris.
Since I saw the ottoman in the restaurant I knew I would take a photo with it, a round plate arrived and I thought it was my chance to take advantage of it. To give it a little more interest, I played a little with the light.

A beautiful quiche loaded with green vegetables: asparagus, broccoli, spinach. I have also added some oyster mushrooms and all the aromatic herbs: fresh dill, parsley, thyme and a pinch of nutmeg for a final touch.

A dark and moody levitation image. The strawberries and the popsicle are shot differently and then merged to make a composite image.
Is there something more famous than Ferrero Rocher? From 1983 Italian chocolate is in the top of chocolate lovers!
Orange and fennel salad is the cure for any late winter blues with it's fragrant scent and bright beautiful colors. Fresh and simple yet so elegant.
Fresh ripe raw figs with mascarpone cheese, almonds and maple syrup in wooden tray. Female hand pouring maple syrup. Sweet food ready for eat. Unsurpassed taste of autumn.
I love brown colour and monochromatic styling. Different shades of brown gives to the photo of donuts warm and inviting atmosphere.
I wanted to create a monochromatic image for a grapefruit cocktail I'm fond of. So I went with these wonderful shapes from @ericksonsurfaces, some fresh grapefruit slices and my cocktail, of course. Shot on a Nikon z7ii with Profoto B2 lighting.
