I decided to utilize the beautiful window light coming through my kitchen window to bring out the color and texture.

Using saffron for either sweet and savory dishes can be very expensive, lucky just a very small amount of this spice that weight for weight is more expensive than gold once infused will produce the most intents flavor and color.
My image idea was to reflect the luxury that is associated with this spice
