Twelfth Collection
Part of a shoot for Fine Dining Restaurant "Sunset Da Mona Lisa" in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The idea was to focus entirely on the food and its presentation. I kept distractions to a minimum with a white plate, as well as a white tablecloth. Shadows were kept to an absolute minimum with soft even lighting. All this helps appreciate the work of Chef Paolo Della Corte. Composition and color are used to produce beautiful and delicious results.
A wickedly scrumptious Mexican chocolate pudding made with healthy ingredients of ripe avocados, unsweetened cocoa, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and spiced with ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper and Maldon sea salt. What could be a better way to enjoy this creamy and delectable dessert. This image is styled with fall leaves and gray tones to accentuate the arrival of the cooler months.
Hand painted lemon and vanilla macarons with gold and pink for a babyshower. That spoon is one of my favorite photography props!
'Crudo' by Chef Pascal Lorange has been making headlines in San Diego since the time it opened its doors in Carmel Valley. Who will not get tempted by these Mediterranean-flavored Sushi rolls along with accompanying sweet creations?
A Moscow Mule is a perfect summer cocktail. This was made by Summer Titone at Short Order (by Nancy Silverton and Amy Pressman) in Los Angeles' Original Farmers Market. I always enjoyed being at this bar during the late afternoon. The light was exquisite, the cocktails and food were soul warming, and the company was family. Lit by direct sunlight through a west facing window on July 1, 2012 at 6:30pm. Canon T2i; Canon EF-S 18-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM. 1/50 second, f/5.6, ISO 1600.
Thick soup for the end of summer. It is made of roasted red peppers and cherry tomatoes. I love the color of the soup so I emphasized it with turquoise and blue color of background and props.

Stewed beef brisket with radish and carrot (่ฟ่็็่ ฉ) is an all-year comfort food on Chinese table. As well, it's the dish that most of my friends in UK asked me about during my trip. And the perfect texture is tender but not loose, and the meat can't be processed by slow cooker, but a way of periodical heating.
Some people say it's all about the main dish, but I think sides, such as classic fries are important too! These perfect fries call the restaurant Spears in Vienna their home. Perfect cut, perfect texture, perfect garlic dip. Good food can be so simple ;)
Coffee and chocolate together? Best combination for breakfast or coffeetime! Topped with chocolatecream, red fondant and edible butterflies!
Inspired by both the italian & greek cuisine kitchen, I'll composed this dish with zucchini flowers stuffed with oven baked green tomatoes and eggplant & a pinch of feta cheese
A delicious fruit cake made with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries covered by a soft layer of fresh cream and icing sugar.
Applepie- I had awesome autumn with fresh apples. Applepie with honey and yoghurt. I just love autumn colors in the pictures :)
I made this zucchini cake at home, put some mascarpone cream and black berries on top. Took some pictures and left the cake for few minutes unwatched. When I came back my dog had eaten the cake.
I was commissioned by a Pastry Chef and a Executive Chef to photograph their christmas dishes of 2016, so I wanted to bring out a soft christmas mood that complements visually this beautiful and tasty food. Beside lighting, I had try creating some shadows to make more realistic the presentation of the food as if it were placed in a real christmas table of any home table.
Cucumber soup with a fried topping! Oh, this photo reminds me so much of a wonderful summer in Zurich, Switzerland as this deliciousness was served at a cocktail hour of a wedding there end of August.
Part of a shoot for Organic Farm to Table Restaurant "Los Tamarindos" in Los Cabos, Mexico.
It was important to create an look that would reflect the rustic atmosphere of the restaurant. Their cuisine has strong Mexican elements with mediterranean influence; thus we used green, white and red to remind us of that. There's also the presence of tradition in adding elements such as: wooden spoons, clay plates and stone molcajetes.
I truly enjoyed this shoot and Im very proud of the results.
As last days of summer coming to an end, this chilled heirloom tomato gazpacho soup with olive oil, red wine vinegar, sweet onions, garlic cloves, jalapeรฑo and ground coriander leaves one with a refreshing memory of the season. Its vibrant color and creamy texture capture the essence of summer so well!
Was mighty impressed by the show-case of these samplers by La Jolla Salt company at 'Signature Chefs Gala' fundraising event at the Del Mar Paddock in San Diego. The presentation as well as the flavors (Chef was kind enough to make a vegetarian version for me) were phenomenal.
Cauliflower shakshuka is my winter variation of the classic Tunisian dish. I wanted the dish to look simple, healthy and ready-to-eat.
Another dish from the talented Chef Adam Bennett, this time duck placed on their gorgeous copper surface tables at The Cross Restaurant in Kenilworth.

English Breakfast may be the second most iconic food of England, after Fish and Chips. This Egg Benedict was made by The Table cafe, London.
Burgers are one of my favourite comfort foods, so I shoot them whenever I get a chance to. This double bacon burger is made in Fly's, an american diner in Vienna, that accompanies great food with great music.
Gaumenschmaus loves vegan cuisine. This pic shows vegan dumplings with poppy-seed, plum filling. Anyone else, who would love this?
An amazing summer breakfast with natural products: cornflakes, blackberries and raspberries and a fresh milk river. That's it! Yeah!
This is a smoothie queen with blueberry, banana, maca powder and protein. Frozen raspberries crowned this beauty.
Good smoothie in the morning before going to work :)

We did a photo shoot for a cook who created his own vinegars and oils and the brand is called Cook Element. During this shoot we also photographed some vegetables and fruits for their website. It is just a bit of salad but doesn't it looks delicious?
Delectable dessert creation by Pastry Chef Bruno Albouze from the Elegant French Restaurant - Ponsaty's at upscale Rancho Santa Fe. This was part of a DiningOutSD editorial photo-shoot.
