My family is trying to cut down on sugar, so I prepared this apple and zucchini loaf with whole grain flour, oatmeal and walnuts. Of course there is no sugar added, all the sweetness comes from apples and a little bit of honey. The loaf tastes delicious, especially as a part of a healthy breakfast.

Boiled Clam with Sake and Butter, is one of my fav home-made seafood dish. Simple, fast and fresh. No water or broth is required, and all steam comes from the internal of clams, so more specifically speaking, this way is seawater steamed.

A talented cook created his own oil, vinegar, salt and spice series and we had the honor to photograph his new product lines. These products are based on the five elements wood, fire, soil, metal and water. He created wonderful arrangements and presented the ingredients of the particular product. Here you can see "pumpkin seed - apple honey vinegar".
