Two of my favorite things in the world are pistachios and Jack Daniels. My wife gave me this cool pistachio dish for Christmas and thought it deserved to be photographed.
Fresh tomato soup with tomatos from the garden! Topped with basil and some roasted bread chips! Quick and easy cooked but absolutely tasty! Enjoy it warm or cold!
This strawberry cheesecake is from my simplicity serie. In this serie I only use daylight. I want the pictures to look fresh and bright.
Oven baked Pink Lady apple lasagna.
A simple idea from few leftover apples to create a healthy and delicious dessert.

I love Food, I love everything has to do we Food.
I im not a farmer but i do like to grow some vegetables in my garden, The feeling of harving your own vegetables is undescribable, and as a Food Photographer and ex Chef its always a chalange to create something beautiful. "Rack of Lamb with summer grilled vegetables .
Summer 2016, too many rainy days and if you need some sunshine on your plate! I had so much fun to cook and shoot with this lovely colors and I probably don't have to tell that this Raviolis tasted heavenly.
I always shoot with available light (flash and I will never be closest friends) and I really try to get the dish served hot - my boys appreciate my effort.
A Berry Tale come true!
During the unusual hot days in July here in Austria we felt the urge to create a refreshing summer drink. We came up with a combination of blackberries, green tea, lime juice, muscovado sugar, a splash of Bourbon (optional) and lots of crushed ice.

I saw a bag of shelled mixed nuts in the grocery store and thought how beautiful they were and would make a nice picture. I put together this set in my home and used a hot light directed through a cucoloris to break up the light. I sent it out as a holiday card.

Every Thursday morning i walk around for inspiration in our Farmers Market in my Town "Salzburg-Austria". Among other incredible fresh products that we have here, I've seen this beautyful piece of wild caught Salmon! I could not resist not to buy it )) " Salmon Boudin" with crunchy vegetables salad and yuzu dressing. Perfect for a hot Summerday.

These granola bars consist of rolled oats, popped amaranth, unrefined coconut oil, honey and flaxseed. They can be jazzed up with nuts, seeds and a sprinkle of chocolate. Im very proud about this shot because this is what i would call Photographers Challange! A very small Fine Dinning Classical Restaurant in heart of old town Salzburg -Austria. No windows, no extra room to shoot!! in one of the busiest day of the year in August "Festspiel" Festival! I had to shot this dish among people where they were enjoying this dellicios dish next table.
Brest and Legs from chicken are marinaded for 24 hrs in sour cream, garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs than breaded and fried on order. Traditional served with potatoes-cucumber salad and cranberry sauce.
John Dory, peas, broad beans, asparagus, Scarlett cup mushrooms and wild garlic...perfect dish!

These tiny, frozen beauties are the perfect treat on hot summer days. They've been created specially for the second cookbook of a german cocoa company. The raw chocolate cups only contain high quality ingredients, such as unrefined coconut oil, pure cocoa powder and honey. Some pistacchios, raspberries and coconut flakes set the finishing touch.
