The picture presents spreads that I have been developing my own recipe. These are milk spreads; earl grey, espresso, saffron, black sesame, matcha, and vanilla. The spreads go well with breads and snacks such as baguette, toast, crepes, and cheese, in addition, it would be even better if you pair milk spreads with wine. I have been doing my best for the milk spreads business since I immigrated to the U.S. It is not that I just want to success the spread business, it is that I wish all the immigrants who have a hard time are encouraged by my successful business. Lastly, I have a plan to create new recipe and extend new brand, so that everyone is happy with my milk spreads.
This is one of the pictures from my simplicity serie. In this serie I made simple pictures with only using daylight.
In this picture I used the window light on a bright day so the colours in the picture look very bright and fresh.

My friend Milly has created is own recipe of a great Italian classic, a fine pastry cake with homemade strawberry jam.

Gebackene Kartoffel mit Lachs-Rillette und Salat-Begleitung. Lecker, eine gebackene Kartoffel mit wunderbarer Begleitung. Zu so einer Kartoffel reicht mir normal etwas Quark und Schnittlauch, etwas besonderes sollte es aber diesmal sein.

Courgettes slices here are so delicate and textured, we thought the best way to present it was against a similarly textural backdrop of grey linen.

Käsesuppe mit Zimt, Croutons und Oregano. Ein Gericht, hergestellt mit Lebensmitteln aus der eigenen Region. Allgäuer Bergkäse war der Hauptspieler dabei. Der Zimt rundete die Suppe genial ab.
