One of my favourite companies to work with at the minute - @fieldandflower providing online grass fed, free range meat. This is new from their gorgeous sous vide range - pork shoulder. All you do is finish it off in the oven and there you have it, perfection!

This is part of my "MEAT WITHOUT FEET" collection which was used for my College Graded Unit, and consisted of all kinds of different fish and seafood.
Simple lighting, beautiful ingredients. I enjoy going into a product shoot with an open mind. Letting the story unfold via my camera and creativity. Normally my best photo is the first one I snap!!

These delicious little pots of frozen goodness were shot in my studio using natural side light.
I like the strawberry. It's delicious. Juicy, sweet, aromatic. It always gives a feeling of freshness and spring. I want to convey this in the photo.
In the evening, I love to break off bites of a good parmesan cheese and combine with a good red wine and bread. I created this shot for my own enjoyment. I created the little set in my breakfast area using only window light to tell the story.
