In the evening, I love to break off bites of a good parmesan cheese and combine with a good red wine and bread. I created this shot for my own enjoyment. I created the little set in my breakfast area using only window light to tell the story.

This is part of my "MEAT WITHOUT FEET" collection which was used for my College Graded Unit, and consisted of all kinds of different fish and seafood.

This image was made while visiting the one star Michelin restaurant Casa da Calçada, in Amarante, Portugal.
This menu with sea inspiration was create by Michelin star chef Tiago Bonito.

These delicious little pots of frozen goodness were shot in my studio using natural side light.

My daughter and I made some Rocky Road cake and, once it was made, it looked so photogenic I thought it would make a good picture for my stock library. Shot in my kitchen using only natural light and minimal styling, it proved popular both as a photograph and as a cake.

A smoky take on an Old Fashioned at Dubai's fabulous Carnival by Tresind, who deliver modern Indian cuisine with a fun twist! Their cocktails and dishes are always delicious, lively and unique.

I like the strawberry. It's delicious. Juicy, sweet, aromatic. It always gives a feeling of freshness and spring. I want to convey this in the photo.

I am very much happy to get this award.

This is one of my favorite photographs! Having time and a “loose” shot list allows you to create an image that tells the story of the client and there products. This was not a one take deal and took numerous sticky clean ups!!

One of my favourite companies to work with at the minute - @fieldandflower providing online grass fed, free range meat. This is new from their gorgeous sous vide range - pork shoulder. All you do is finish it off in the oven and there you have it, perfection!

Simple lighting, beautiful ingredients. I enjoy going into a product shoot with an open mind. Letting the story unfold via my camera and creativity. Normally my best photo is the first one I snap!!
