Me playing around with a kitchen torch for a shrimp bisque with roasted red bell peppers. It added a smoky flavor to everything and I loved it.

These simple raw granola bars taste amazing! Homemade energy bars full of wholesome sweets, perfect for a second breakfast or a snack. Prepared on the basis of oatmeal, various kinds of nuts, sunflower seeds, coconut shells and coconut oil. The sweetness of agave syrup and dried cranberries.
M Restaurant's chef Mike Reid created this beautiful dish of Kingfish Sashimi with clementine, tarragon and fennel.
So fresh and delicate the fish, love the contrast with the matt tarragon leaves and the beautiful lighting picks out all the silky loveliness!

Fruit galette w/nectarines, blueberries, raspberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I was too lazy to make a pie so I made this galette instead. I'm not sure why galettes aren't more common since they're so easy to make & delicious.
This was taken for The Telegraph Gin Experience events in the summer. A gorgeous little set of gin and rose tonic with all the botanicals.
