This a photo of insalata di barbabietole, an Italian salad made of thin beetroot slices, gorgonzola and walnuts served with garlic honey dressing. I learned this recipe on Italian food workshop.

This fresh green leaf only grows in Belitung, a province in Indonesia which is well-known for beautiful beaches.
Its combination with red sauce crab reminded me with joyful christmas :)

It was Wimbledon fever in London and I was commissioned to shoot these meringue nests filled with summer berries for a client used in a piece on “posh alternative to strawberries and cream" when entertaining guests during Wimbledon.

Nothing beats chicken wings to feed a crowd. Za'tar Chicken wings are just that and more with the Middle Eastern twist as I used Za'tar to give these wings a fantastic flavor.

Homemade macarons, first attempt turned out pretty good. The filling in the middle of these macarons is white chocolate ganache encircling a dallop of raspberry jam and sprinkles of dried rose bud petals. French macarons by nature are quite photogenic. This image of them shows off the lovely tones, textures and the crumbliness of a delicious bite.

Eggplant pilaf
This is a photo of eggplant pilaf served with yogurt and pistachios. Shapeless pilaf is a styling challenge, but rich garnish made the dish looks very appetizing.
