A giant puppet representing Hannibal, the Saracen guerrier personification of misfortune, is burned at midnight as symbol of good luck.<br />
All the people use to celebrate eating the typical flatbread (Piadina) with local cured meats and cheese and - most importantly - drinking the traditional local mulled wine, Bisò, from the handcratf ceramic cup called Gotto.<br />
This night is known as Night of Bisò (Nott De' Biso').<br />
