Breakfast pancake stack of slow and dreamy Sunday morning. As a food photographer, I have always wanted to take a picture of a perfect pancake stack, so this is my try, my version of perfect morning pancakes.
For me the food is art, the food can become an expression of how I feel, and sometimes I enjoy representing it in a very unique and abstract way.
Picture made for cookbook focused on healthy meals for beauty and youth. Recipe inspired by local Slovak cuisine styled in a modern way.
Turbo-delicious piece of juicy, perfectly prepared salmon served by chef Tomasz Milewski from The New Island restaurant, Mikolajki Leisure & SPA Hotel - it was the euphoria of tastes, smells, and colors. (Mowi salmon baked in salt with wine and saffron sauce. Beetroot powder, chives oil, and young carrots boiled in oranges).

This was the first time I made shots of splashing drinks. I decided to go with iced tea for color and clarity. Since I wanted to have both a splash and an ice cube in the air, I used two ice cubes. Voilà! It works nicely in this frame.
This is a Cosmopolitan I shot for a client, and while they didn't request a splash shot I couldn't resist at the end of the shoot... Had to throw some ice at it!
As I just started my journey as a food photographer I use all the plates and cups I can find "usable" in the house :)
As I had my breakfast I thought, wow this looks delicious, let's photograph it with a little extra: the beige napkin and keep it simple: the wood from the table was enough to style it, so it stays plain and simple (the way I love my photo's best: less is more!
El vino... seductor... provocativo...Fotografía realizada en mi estudio, con un Carl Zeiss Milvus 100mm macro, ISO 100, 1/100 s, f18, con 2 lámparas Elinchrom D-Lite RX4.
There’s this cook who lost his job during this pandemic, he used to work in a very recognized sushi restaurant and was trying to survive by selling sushis from home. I really enjoyed the look and taste of his product, and thought was a really great idea to make a few pictures to help him promote his business.
Wanted to try something out of the box that’s when I brought the whole Softbox into the frame. First time doing this but the result was awesome!
I was inspired to photograph a moody yet vibrant shot of the blackberry crumble bars I made. I stacked them for additional visual interest. To heighten the moodiness and drama I deepened the blacks when retouching.
There is something about photographing meat, I just don't know how to describe it. It's such a primal instinct, I'm shooting it but all along I'm thinking how tasty it will be! I didn't want to complicate this shot with too many props, simplicity was key for me. Dark, moody, and with a limited color palette. Rich red and brown tones, dark wood, and shiny steel. I used the main fill and barn doors to add a highlight to the fork and texture of the meat. I can tell you this was delicious, perks of the job.
During the quarantine, I had taken this picture to improve my shot and food stylist quality. I had in my mind this picture for advertising companies that produce cakes, cocoa, and flour.
We want to represent a perfect scene where a couple can share a great dinner together. Food Stylist by @isalealm and product shooting for Taurus Food @taurusfood Thank you.
Pumpkin soup. The soup is photographed differently to appear more delicious. Soup is one of the things we eat a lot, so I wanted to photograph it differently than usual.
How minimalism achieves the perfect balance using food, light, and props. However, one of the most important thing in this picture is the darkness.
Picture for largest Slovak alcohol distillery. Inspired by the beautiful mountains of our country full of forests, valleys, rivers, and wildlife.
