A rare kind of gourmet seasoning, Vintage Merlot Salt. I was mesmerized by it's bold and brilliant so decided to give it a try for my cooking. Before I did, I took the time to play with and capture it.

Easy pizza. After all, the Italian kitchen is all about simplicity, flavor and the best ingredients. This pizza topping contains only 3 ingredients: mozzarella, pistachios, and arugula. Simply tasteful and a wonderful piece to shoot ‘flat lay’.
A favorite restaurant of mine for its abundance of daylight and farm to table concept. A beautiful dish of Kohlrabi by chef @jostimmer @restaurantdekas in Amsterdam
I love macro food photography. I shoot a lot of cine high-speed food in motion. My friend Kelly handmade this bowl and I wanted to celebrate its raw beauty with a simple fine micro herbaceous salad. Simple.
Chinese Spare Ribs with deep flavors of hoisin and spice powders coupled with the saltiness of soy sauce and the light, sweet flavor of honey.
This is a delicious recipe that I shot for my blog. I baked an almond and pear tart which turned to a moisty and flavorful dessert.
The challenge was to show the variety of recipes that can be done with cream cheese. The images had to be clean and temping because they will be used on advertising.
Good products and a great team with my stylist friend @marieboni helped to achieve this result.
This rosemary-infused pomegranate blood orange mocktail was so fun to shoot. The smoke used creating a portable food smoker, turned blue without my intent. However, it helped make the image what it is.
Chef Keith @thegroundkitchen who worked in Sydney and then opened his own restaurant in Sai Ying Pun in Hong Kong. What a fun shoot and just down the road from where I live.
From the new menù at Osteria Perillà,*, Michelin star restaurant located in the heart of Tuscany, Rocca D’Orcia, Siena.

Strawberry jumping into my drink...
Manage to capture it with some off-camera flash on a macro lens...
The perfect moment I would say...

This image was shot as part of a monthly social media photo shoot for a restaurant in Collingwood, in Melbourne. For this shot, we used natural light and lots of dry ice, which is so much fun to play with. We had heaps of fun creating this series!!
Donuts with powdered sugar. We tried to make the photo more exciting than just a few donuts. I used a Nikon D90 and a flashlight.
Campagna pubblicitaria realizzata per “Cantele Winery”. Abbiamo cercato Il forte impatto cromatico del rosso nei diversi elementi che compongono l’immagine, per rimandare al colore del rosato che viene pubblicizzato.
Behold! What you are gazing at with curiosity and perhaps a vague sense of carb-fueled hunger, is a hand-made icecream boulder with edible soil, being served out of a vat of liquid nitrogen.
Going into this shoot, I had no idea who Chef Janice Wong was. That's commonly referred to as 'poorly researched pre-production'! Already named Asia's Best Dessert Chef (twice), her creations were unlike anything I had seen before or since.
She is a force of nature when it comes to dessert creations, was a pleasure to work with and quickly learned that I am as obsessive with crafting light as she is with her own craft. Which was a beautiful synergy!
Outcome: Great client, great desserts, great plating, great light, great project!
Location: 2 am: Dessert Bar, Singapore.
