There is an amazing restaurant in small town in Poland called "Zielone Wzgรณrze" (Green Hill) and here theirs MUSHROOM SOUP - prepared with a vegetable and meat broth (beef, duck, chicken) with the addition of bay boletes stewed in butter and topped with cream. Served with fresh parsley and our double-ripened bread.
