Ruben the chef at @piccolinonoosa creates delicate, complex & beautifully colorful dishes that just beg to be captured. This is his entree 'Kingfish Carpaccio' and I wanted to make sure each component sung equally on the dish as well as create a mood looking through the greenery surrounding.
This is the most luxurious Cioccolato di Modica with a fabulous sprinkle of cane sugar! Rich beyond words, this ice-cream is transcendent.
@social_tap engaged me to capture @localenoosa 's new cocktail & food menu. The Italian restaurant is beautifully dark & moody with stunning backdrops to set off food & drinks. This style of strobe photography is what I love to experiment with, whilst not losing the integrity of the mood of the restaurant.
