Sixty-Second Collection
Danish lobster gently poached in coconut milk, with cabbage, barrie caviar, flowers and foamy Tom Kah by chef Steffen Villadsen.
This Christmas, I made a rustic, wintry scene of a village center showing buildings made of cinnamon sticks. The base used is still gingerbread cookie slabs with all walls covered with cinnamon sticks. One house's roof is also covered with cinnamon sticks while the others with black peppercorns and chocolate coins. The Christmas tree and wreaths are gingerbread cookies covered with royal icing and sprinkles; the powdery snow is none other than desiccated coconut.
Green smoothie - apple, celery, and cucumber.

Do you have any memories of childhood? I do, and it's a home-baked potato. I used an old frying pan and the fence for imitation of the old table.

When I’ve put this piece of brownie on a plate it was something magic about it. The color, the texture, and that scent of freshly melted chocolate. With a little bit of proper lightning hopefully, I was able to stop the moment.
Patience, luck, time, towels, and a bit of magic was needed to pull off this shot. No wine wasted here, it's just colored water.
This seasonal wine and vegan cheese photo were taken with the artificial light (strobe) to the left. The rectangular softbox had a large diffuser in front of it to soften the reflections.
This kind of photo is one of my favorites, I enjoy take this and show the beauty of food in a creative way. Honey and fruits are the best!!!
Fiesta! This photo includes a few Mexican dishes including Mains and a Dessert. Mexican parties can be generally very colorful, with decorations being multicolored such as Piñata’s. The vibrant dishes and the food itself here reminded me just how bright and beautiful the culture is. The Salsa, Sour Cream & Guacamole represent the colors of the Mexican flag whilst the dishes are surrounded by some of the key ingredients included in Mexican cuisine such as Jalapeño Peppers, Tortilla Chips, Avocado & Limes.
I used a Nikon D750 with a 24-70mm lens to shoot this.
In this picture, I wanted to try flying photography in a different way... It was wonderful that requires a lot of effort and time, but the result is amazing
After a cherry photoshoot, looking for the perfect photo...I'm done!... I start to collect the whole set and suddenly they are there...posing magically for one last shot ...and yes! it was the best...the shooting of soulmates!
Consommé Celestine - Duck liver pancake with picky gel, red sorrel and a wild game consommé by chef Steffen Villadsen from Molskroen in Denmark.
This is one of the famous buns made by The Duc NGO at the Restaurant KIM PAK in Berlin. This was taken for the Bookazin "ZU GAST" along with a portrait of The DUC NGO, who is the owner of more than 14 different restaurants in Germany.
It was so grey and gloomy outside and I’ve terribly missed the snow, so I’ve decided to make it snow at home. I hope I was able to convey this snowy evening mood in a nicely lit little farmhouse.
My first successful attempt at making sourdough baguettes. Had to take a quick shot to capture the moment, just in case my baking success was just a lucky strike.
Taking pictures of bottles is always a challenge, this time with the Christmas touch of the season, patience, and pasión involved...
Beautiful plating by chef Rasmus Bundgaard with scallops, ramson capers, baby coriander and spring onions in the beautiful "BORO" plate by Crucial Detail.
