Caramelized Jerusalem artichokes puree, pickled beach onions, poached quail eggs, truffle foam and Jerusalem artichoke chips by chef Jack Cramer at famous Ruths Hotel on the top of Denmark.
This sophisticated piece of heaven will take you back to your childhood reminiscences of your momโs traditional loved flavors. This gourmet Labneh sandwich is made with delicious multi-grain bread and layers of a unique sharp salty flavor of Labneh topped with toasted sesame seeds and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
I love drink photography...this one is for biggest Slovak distillery and distributor...negroni and one brick of ice in action :)
Cold, rainy days always command a hot chocolate. An indulgence is certainly adding lots and lots of marshmallow to the hot chocolate. Gingerbread cookies are definitely a flawless complement to this comforting drink.

These savory pretzels are such heroes. I added some sea salt, dippers, tableware, and a glass of beer to the setting. Served the pretzels on a tree trunk, which is an all-time favorite eyecatcher!

Tiramisu, the taste of Italy and one of my favorite desserts. For several years, apart from the passion I have for photography and especially for culinary photography, I have a passion for gastronomy. I love to create recipes, plates, and then import them into images. I think that the success of gastronomy and a good Chef is the creativity to create taste, texture, colors, plating, and then the image in which to unite all the elements. I love to give all these elements to all who are ready to receive my gift because from gift to gift it becomes heaven.
Thank you for my assistant photographer @valdrawfim and to God that I can see the beauty of the world!
Thank you @foodelia because you are the messengers of our gifts. I'm happy to be here.
Tea time with sweet small cakes and hot tea in a teapot. I wanted to get the image with the effect of the levitation. I guess I did it.
This is one of my first attempts at creating something easy by myself. Was never good at cooking and I am genuinely jealous of all the photographers who are amazing cooks. It's a great skill to have. So having made up my mind to learn how to cook, I went back to the drawing board and decided to start from the basics - a no-bake, no-cook, no-fry option and this is the result. Super proud, as it looked good and tasted great as well. Made with the cheapest ingredients I could find in my local supermarket :)
this was shot in Berlin in the Hotel The Phoenix. A fine-dining restaurant. the whole story was published in the Bookazin "Zu GAST.
We always try new things, at this moment with my partner @isalealm Chef and Food Stylist. We took this picture trying to find some clean Style. Thank you.
Quinoa and chickpea stuffed Bell Pepper, my last blog post as a healthy recipe idea for small gatherings during the upcoming and unusual holiday season.
With gingerbread cookies in season, I could not resist the temptation of taking the picture of it. Enjoying a cup of hot chocolate in addition to it.
I recently developed this new Chocolate Tahini Crinkle Cookie recipe for my blog, and I decided to use my macro lens to capture the beautiful textural details of the crinkles.
Who would like a Mojito or two? This was taken for a cocktail client. Doesn't it look like they sit in the entrance of an enchanted forest?
An excellent composition is the best way to tell a story. Light is the main weapon of composition, taking care of it, and knowing how to handle it will always give good results.
I was going for a monochromatic palette with lots of texture with this vegan chocolate fig cake. I made the fig jam from dried Mission figs and used it for the cake layers. The vegan chocolate buttercream has fig in it as well. I used this angle to show the details on top of the cake as well as the icing on the side.
Flying Donuts!!!, I made this picture in just one hour, but the edition takes another time, with patience and love everything is possible.
This was part of a series on Beans. I love the light play and the rustic feel of the image. I gave the image of the farmhouse feel that I love.
The Smoky Negroni. When a smoky cocktail arrives before you, you've only got a moment to catch the smoke before it dissipates, but the beautiful smoky aroma and flavor lingers. Such a beautiful way to add some drama.
Italian Feast. This photo includes a range of modern Italian dishes including starters, mains & desserts. The dishes are surrounded by some of the key ingredients included in Italian cuisine.
I used a Nikon D750 with a 24-70mm lens to shoot this.
Dreaming of a warm, sunny day under the trees where friends and family can gather and share these bountiful cheese platters is what prompted me to create this capture.
In winter, shooting in the dark is wonderful, it gives a feeling of warmth, and that's what I tried to create in this photo. I used two light sources with a diffuser that was very helpful.
Long story short: A local chef (Paulette Tejada) was challenged to create a fine dining dish using Dominican Christmas Dinner leftovers. An amazingly executed Masterpiece which I had the honor to photograph.
The Table is a meeting, friendship, jokes ..., but the table is first of all new flavors and smells and conversations. There are such a lot of places and tables in my Olsztyn - one of them is "Drewno i Ogieล" / "Wood & Fire". I had to try to capture these four friends from a "bird's eye view" with a big camera to shoot a nice photo, and from then on it's one of my favorites flat lay shots.
My style is always a little bit "sober", not too many accessories, etc. When i received this bottle i wanted to create a 'moody' scene with just a few elements to style it, so the light has to do "the trick". My light is never the same, sometimes i use daylight, sometimes flash or sometimes even a torch if needed. I adapt the light to the scenery i want to create.
I really love this one and i am very happy i did win an award with it.
Oatcakes, hot tea in the comfort of a winter garden. The set is especially recommended for moments of relaxation, calming down and reflecting on subsequent baking.
Anything can happen in an imaginary world. Unaware of the danger, the little mackerel acrobat plays with two durum wheat flour paccheri.
