St Germain Sprits

This Persimmon Bread is everything you want in a cozy winter loaf. It is soft, moist, and packed with warm, nutty flavors. I dare to say it is much better than banana bread!

Fresh persimmons bring a natural sweetness, while browned butter and warm spices create an irresistible depth of flavor.

Our family's baking staple is a layered sugar-free honey cake with passion fruit marmalade and contrasting fresh berries on top of the winter white cake. This is our way of celebrating the approaching spring amid snowdrifts and frosty mornings. The soft bokeh leads the eye right to the brightest elements of the composition—the sunny slices of fruit, resembling the warmth of the first spring days.
