S’mores tart with toasted marshmallow meringue. I was really anxious before making this tart. It seemed a rather complicated procedure. But when you start it, it really isn’t. I am so happy I was able to capture a short smoky effect of the toasted meringue. It’s just a matter of a second before you burn it too much.

An exquisite and soft cream caramel that will make your mouth water. Using the high-speed sync technique to freeze that flavor in the air.

The client wanted to create a home "party scene" vibe featuring their products being poured into shot glasses. Their products are "shots in a bottle" that are delivered to people's homes. I just loved the colours of the shots therefore I really wanted to feature these.

White Cosmo drop. I had this cocktail photo in mind for some time. But then only during the actual shooting, I have decided to bring this drink ‘alive’. One little droplet ads so much magic.

A delicious, sweet, and healthy choice. This photograph was made with a sidelight to obtain a good contrast of lights and shadows to generate those really craving textures.

"The Balancing Act" of Macarons, where each macaron was individually suspended and then balanced on top of the cup to create the effect.
