Chilean Sea Bass with spring pea risotto, pea tendrils, and basque pepper coulis by Executive Chef Justin Hayes with Cork & Flame in Evans, GA.
Three jars of cheese cookies. I made this shot for a Passover hampers from Truly Grace - Bespoke Gifts. The cookies are one of the delicacies one will get in the hampers. Since these particular hampers also targeted gentlemen as the recipient, I styled the scene with some masculine vibe.
Hot chocolate with marshmallows and cookies. It's delicious
Camera: Fuji X-T3
Lens: Fujinon 80 mm
Shot using artificial light.
Fluffy pancakes, do we need to say more? Made a stack, just to add more depth in the photo, and made the pancake pile stand out between decoration/props like lemon, blueberries and honey stick.

My granny always made sherry trifle at Christmas and absolutely soaked it in Harvey's Bristol Cream. This trifle was made partly for nostalgia and partly because I really wanted to try making a trifle in this big dish! I used one light from the side, feathered slightly and made the strawberries pop a little more in post-production. Then I ate it.
Siempre he pensado que cada fotografÃa que capturo tiene su propia personalidad, esta vez realicé una fotografÃa para una marca de cerveza artesanal inspirada en la pesca como gran pasión, logrando resaltar su frescura, textura y color.
Steam Shrimp Ball Dim Sum! One of the traditional Chinese Dim Sum dishes. Shot this for a local Dim Sum manufacturer for product packaging use.

This shoot was taken in Swiss at the Guarda Aal Maiensäss Hotel - in the background you can see the Swiss Alps. These features are taken for the bookazines "ZU GAST".
The very first blossoms in my garden this year were these little purple pansies. I had to make something special and beautiful with it. And here is the result - chocolate cake with whipped cream, blueberries and my beautiful pansies.
This photo is a pour shot of tamarind margarita with a sea salt/chili lime rim with hand in the frame. Taken with artificial light to the left.
Part of a series using the same plating to depict 3 different social gatherings. The goal was to provide a sense of summer and outdoor gathering. I felt after the year we all just had, the thought of gathering with friends and family for a summer picnic gave a feeling of hopefulness that maybe this summer will be a little more normal. All the photos featured small finger foods and the same plates and backgrounds with different propping to add to the feeling that one person was having multiple summer gatherings.
Whole sea bass on black. I had some very smelly photo shoots that week with fish that wasn’t as fresh as it appeared initially. This fish however was as fresh as it looks like on the image, no smell. I like the contrast between the silvery fish and the black set-up. The green herbs didn’t only add colour to the picture but also added flavor to the fish when baked in a salt crust eventually.
I love creating small worlds through food scenes, and cocktails are probably my favorite to work with. A beautifully made cocktail is not complete without elegant glassware, and where you enjoy it just tops off the experience. I so enjoy the process of recreating the perfect setting for this kind of experience.
Friends Gathering for the aperitivo in the late afternoon on an early summer day in Italy, when sunrise is happening and colors get warmer.
I wasn’t intending to shoot this photo as it was a busy day, but I just liked how the wrapping paper curled back to the sandwich saying - I’m ready to go with you;)
High-speed photography has a number of possibilities and in this photograph I wanted to work on the freezing of particles as a narrative element of my image, being able to capture an explosion of flavor is fascinating!
Let us delight the senses with this incredible espresso martini. Delicious and very elegant. A masterpiece made in a dark lighting scheme to add more mystery and drama to the scene.
Pumpkin soup in a bowl, where I tried to create a warm and cosy feel to the image, however with focus still being drawn to the soup itself.
Sea Bream prepared with lemon, garlic and herbs, photographed for Morocco Gold. The new harvest of Morocco Gold, an award-winning luxury extra virgin olive oil, has the highest ever amount of health boosting polyphenols.
Not my first burger drop composite, but the first I'm really happy with and that doesn't look like a jellyfish! Ingredient wrangling by @aduadus.
EGGTION! Behind each and every levitation shot there is more than magic. Planning, inventing, design, finding suitable light, and nail post-processing are the secrets of this image.
A new take on a pancake stack with cream and berries. Was one of my first times using a speedlight and I loved the way the harsh light was only barely diffused by my thin curtain sheers.
For this product, I did not want to do something usual like showing the cold product, so I thought about doing something minimalist and elegant.
This image was inspired by dark and moody scene of some households in Venice that I saw while strolling along the canals at night, family members was preparing their dinner or baking.
Banana Bread taken for the Naturally Stephanie vegan cook and exercise book.
Client - Black and White Publishing.
Location - Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
Cheesy quesadillas with beef and vegetables and avocado sauce on a side! The taste was sooo good and I wondered how to show off their taste to make the viewers crave to grab a few of these. I felt that minimal styling, stacking quesadillas one on another, catching some highlights on the filling and involving movement are good choices.
Shot for T2 Tea Mothers Day campaign, featuring their French Earl Grey loose leaf tea. These were Creamy French Earl Grey Overnight Oats with Blood Orange syrup. The packaging for the product was orange and purple. So I wanted to use those same colours in the image. It was such a fun shoot.
