Homemade mandarin liqueur, a fantastic choice as a digestif for the Christmas dinner, or whenever mandarins are in season. I love the bright orange colour and the refreshing taste of this liqueur. Like many liqueurs, this mandarin liqueur can be used in mixed drinks, served neat, over ice or mixed with other non-alcoholic beverages.

Pancake toppings are a big debate in my house. Shrove Tuesday marks the beginning of lent and the pancakes roll. So is it blueberries & maple syrup or lemon& sugar?! That’s the question...

One of our long-time customers is the Hotel Solaria in Ischgl. Ankie and Markus, the hosts, are always one step ahead and implement wonderful ideas. They choose intense colors as well as beautiful details and materials to create gorgeous and stylish rooms for their guests. Their chef de cuisine also creates masterpieces and this time we were lucky to create some food photos for them as well. Delicious fish with fresh vegetables.

"Inspiration is everywhere" so he mentions in his TVS lider brand in non-stick pans. It 'a tribute in which I wanted to photograph the great performance of the pan on a black background and food.

Hotel Solaria in Ischgl rebuilds some rooms every few years and this time their suites got a beautiful facelift. We also got the chance to photograph delicious food created by their chef de cuisine. Pumpkin soup with a tasty topping was the start of this exquisite photo shoot.
Based on a classic Rick Stein recipe, this luscious fig tart has been converted to a grain and sugar free version.

Shot these coffee flavored popsicles and wanted to give them a moody and raw look. I love contrast in pictures and have tried to incorporate the same here and give this shot a contrasty look. The sack and the crockery adds to this moodiness.
EGG: one of the ingredients for my healthy version of the blueberry pancake. Other ingredients are Organic whole grain spelt flour, Almond flour, milk, baking powder, organic agave syrup, salt, Bran oil and some blueberries.
Donuts with espresso custard and butternut squash ice cream. Taken at Barley Swine in Austin Texas, this dish was created by pastry chef Sarah Preito to celebrate how holidays spent baking with her grandmother helped to shape her love of food.
