Sometimes you come across a prob that you just have to own, which was the case  when I saw this nutmeg grinder.  Setting the grinder up vertically was not going to work as the nutmegs were to small which gave me the idea of setting the scene up as a finished job. I’m Please with how the nutmeg related to the handle of the grinder

This was a personal project using my own kitchen as a studio and minimal kit, just a backdrop and some black boards. I wanted to create a nice soft light so used a big modifier and a reflector. Madeleines with pistachio nut and orange blossom, served with a light dusting of icing sugar.
