Light and fresh are the two words that characterize my new TIRAMI dessert. With a different texture from the original Tiramisu, Tirami brings the unmistakable flavor of the Algarve orange.

I used to dine at Barumka in Banska Bystrica throughout my entire university studies, and by coincidence, during a photo shoot, without my choice, they served my favorite dish—chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with cheese sauce and potatoes! A coincidence? :)

Dressing a Chocolate cake, it can be simple, or complex. You can go to great lengths in making sure it looks perfect before serving or you can just let the ganache drip where it wants and let the berries fall where they may. It all tastes the same when you eat it, delicious!

The master mixologist Jorge told us that this cocktail has a peculiarity that when combining certain elements of the recipe with acid (lemon in this case) a reaction is created where the purple color will change instantly! What a surprise we got while we were portraying the action.

Legendary Magic bun in the shape of a crescent moon, which will not leave anyone indifferent. Some eat it salty, some eat it sweet, but no one will not refuse a freshly baked croissant.
My brother came over to my place, saying he made a great Italian burrata with roasted peaches on thyme, served with reduced balsamic vinegar, pine nuts, fresh basil, and flaked salt, and asked if I could photograph it. So, I highlighted the plating process.
