Bright flavor and unique pleasure of red fish salad with home pickling and fresh figs with orange.Many things seem incongruous before the first tasting.And all this was prepared at home with restaurant serving.

I used to dine at Barumka in Banska Bystrica throughout my entire university studies, and by coincidence, during a photo shoot, without my choice, they served my favorite dish—chicken breasts wrapped in bacon with cheese sauce and potatoes! A coincidence? :)

Working with this chef is synonymous with creativity, amazing colors and textures. The combination of nero di sepia pasta with seafood was a festival of flavors in an impeccable presentation.

Each sip transports you to a world where tradition meets the extraordinary—perfect for those seeking an unforgettable sensory experience.

Dressing a Chocolate cake, it can be simple, or complex. You can go to great lengths in making sure it looks perfect before serving or you can just let the ganache drip where it wants and let the berries fall where they may. It all tastes the same when you eat it, delicious!

It's time for warming autumn moments that bring us closer to the circle of family and friends. Incredibly fragrant cinnamon pie with apples picked in the garden, was prepared for the closest people. And how valuable these moments that we can share with family and loved ones.

The master mixologist Jorge told us that this cocktail has a peculiarity that when combining certain elements of the recipe with acid (lemon in this case) a reaction is created where the purple color will change instantly! What a surprise we got while we were portraying the action.

My brother came over to my place, saying he made a great Italian burrata with roasted peaches on thyme, served with reduced balsamic vinegar, pine nuts, fresh basil, and flaked salt, and asked if I could photograph it. So, I highlighted the plating process.
