This appetizer was prepared during a tasting dinner at the Modra restaurant in Wrocลaw. The appetizer was created by the renowned chef Kamil Tลuczek and consists of Proziak (soda bread)/cottage cheese/smoked trout/caviar.
The entire evening experience was created by chef Przemysลaw Szwak and Tomasz Zdrenka.

A playful ice cream composition built around movement, texture, and soft pastel and teal hues, where falling cookie crumble adds a sense of anticipation and energy above a creamy scoop highlighted by minimalistic styling. Orange Overnight Oats Bowl. This creamy, citrusy orange overnight oats are prep-friendly meals and perfect for busy mornings when you're running out the door.
This photo was taken at a stunning new restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin called ฤya. The restaurant draws inspiration from the sun-drenched coastal regions of the Middle East. The sun was pouring into the space as I was photographing the experimental cocktail menu. This leopard table was the perfect spot to perch this bespoke creation. I loved how the light perfectly highlighted the cocktail and cast creative shadows on the rest of the wall.

I photograph whiskies for several craft distillery clients so I am always experimenting.. this bottle was a gift and I felt compelled to capture this bottle which is from a craft distillery in Ontario.
I love that bar experience with blue and pink neon built into the surround.. I have been working toward studio lighting that recreates that experience.
