Created for @skillet_kl, this image captures the final plating moment as frozen pomelo falls through a veil of liquid nitrogen smoke. A fleeting interaction of movement, texture, and atmosphere, preserved in a single frame.

Raw meat doesn’t often get the glamour treatment, but that’s exactly what made this project so enjoyable. Instead of another typical butcher-style visual, I wanted to create an image that celebrates the craftsmanship behind thoughtful farming and lets the quality of this Mangalitza pork by @zsokafekete take centre stage.

A sunny afternoon, aperitif with little snacks and a wine tasting moment. That's when I capture this moment because the light is perfect to my eyes. Natural day light.

The brief was simple: capture the feeling of summer in a single frame. Warm earthy tones, bold sunlight, refreshing drinks, and a playful twist on a classic favourite helped shape a scene that is as inviting as the food itself.

Juicy burger stacked high with melted cheese, crisp lettuce and tangy red cabbage on a golden pretzel bun. Shot on a dark, moody backdrop with rustic props to let the textures and colors take center stage.

'Quince & Provence Light' taken in 2023 in Provence (where I used to live) is part of my series 'Grazing the feelings' . In this series, my aim is to capture the vibrant essence, rich textures and intrinsic poetry of each subject.
