Seventy-Third Collection
This shot was taken in Belgium for two very creative women. I have worked for them before, when they had their own breakfast club. They have sold the breakfast club and have now started something new. It's so inspiring to work with other creative entrepreneurs.
Grapefruit rosemary thyme fresh summer drink. How best to convey the freshness of a grapefruit drink? Undoubtedly, finding the perfect burst.
Oysters are one of my favorite subjects to photograph - with all their texture they are so photogenic. I wanted to create a monochromatic color scheme and displayed these oysters in an antique silver platter that complemented the grey color of the oysters. I chose a dark grey background and used antique seafood forks to carry through on the color scheme. A touch of color was added by the lemons to break up the monochromatic color scheme.
Disfrutar de la comida volando y todo su proceso creativo es una de las cosas que más me divierten en la fotografÃa gastronómica.
These native rock oysters from the Nambucca River estuary south of Coffs Harbour are stunning!! Sydney rock oysters are world renowned for their rich and creamy taste, and those that flourish in the Nambucca River – known as an oyster ‘sweet spot’, are quite likely some of the best oysters you will ever have the pleasure to devour. The Nambucca is blessed with a very clean river system, fed from highly mineralised water that comes straight off the mountains, which is why the shells are so white and the flavour so unique.
I was nervous and excited to shoot these oysters as it was my first time! With a few tips from our Oyster sommelier I was able to style these gems in a simple way allowing their natural textures and colours to shine. By tilting the shell in different ways, I was also able to see how the light played off and when I was happy with the set up , I clicked this image with my 100mm lens.
I wanted to make a creative pattern and suddenly I noticed a little tuk tuk that I bought in Thailand. I immediately decided that they would deliver something and it should be food related to the tropics, and then the idea of a coconut and beautiful Raffaello balls that fit exactly on a tuk tuk came to my mind.
One of my favourite healthu juices made at home at slow juicer. Colors was so vibrant that I couldn't stop myself to capture it :)
What is more comforting than a hot chocolate? I have tried to recreate an Autumn atmosphere around this delicious hot chocolate with warm colours.
Im in love with home grown pears. They are incredibly juicy and just remind me my childhood spent with my grandparents in their garden during the whole summer.
This image was a joy to shoot. The berries were huge and gorgeous, and the undiffused natural light of a bright cloudy day was perfect.
Peanut butter pumpkins picked straight from the brownie dirt pudding patch, aka a childhood favorite upgraded for autumn with lifelike little gourds.
Did this awesome shoot with a good friend of mine, who is awesome at coffee art! We have traveled through so many countries, and always we made somewhere on an mountain our own coffee! The love for coffee..
For a long time I had wanted to photograph coffee beans and make them come alive, I chose to use water droplets to give them volume and texture.
a studio light is turned to fit for this image.
Fresh Cherry Tomatoes sprinkled with fresh water. Some droplets are captured while still in the air above the tomatoes. After the photoshoot, the tomatoes were taken to the kitchen for making Marinara Sauce.
A "crash" of caviar and ice for an explosion of flavor.
Multi-layer technique for this work.

Levitation of a hot chocolate cup with whipped cream, standing in marshmallow 'rain'! So enjoyable, although it takes some effort to accomplish this photograph.
Ciabatta. Can you smell it? The smell of freshly baked bread is most recognizable and memorable. The Ciabatta was invented in 1982.

Gingerbread bundt cake with candied lingonberries crown. I am a huge fan of gingerbread dough or gingerbread anything and of course the process of baking just to fill your home with these beautiful scents.
A bowl of cooked mussels on a simple black set up, which I believe enhances the beautiful almost golden colour of the mussels without adding additional distractions.
A delicious watermelon and white rum daiquiri . One shot captured at high speed sync and two sidelights wit strip boxex to sharpen the light and create very dramatic and pronounced shadows.
Wanted a rich, moody, and luxurious feel, but with a bit more of a natural edge with the matcha, hence the dark and moody lighting and wooden props. This shot is actually a composite of 5 shots!
Ahhhh….I felt so lucky when my Brekky has just perfectly fallen together ????. I aimed to feature all the items while creating intriguing and dynamic scene✨
I love breakfasts at weekend. Slow mornings, no rush anywhere and certainly a coffee in bed. Even better when it comes with freshly baked pastries.
Sophistication of taste and warmth of the summer sun in an elegant glass. This photo was created during search for the best composition for my new cocktail, which combines the taste of pink gin with strawberries.
I wanted to display this cocktail and the Bushmills in a unique way. I selected a grey textured background and used black geometric shapes to give the image dimension without distracting from the cocktail. I also focused the light on the upper portion of the drink and the Bushmills label to draw the focus to the cocktail and to recess the geometric shapes into the background.
Some gourmet bruschette which you cannot resist from. Working with a large softbox sideways to generate soft lights and shadows in the scene...
Cozy winter evenings with roasted marshmallows and red wine.
Dark and moody photography was always really scary for me . But practise makes it better and better and that makes me really happy.
A delicious gluten free waffle, with strawberries and yogurt. Using the side light from a window to generate good shadows, texture and depth in the scene.
Cream of pumpkin and black winter truffle.
Work Made with multi-layers photographic compositing technique.
