Splash photography to narrate a moment of creative chaos. The image is divided into warm and cold tones for greater visual interest, and at the same time the triangular composition brings a sense of stability. Studio shot, artificial lights and a lot of fun while taking the "perfect" shot.
I wanted to do something a little festive for the holidays so I chose this Belgian Waffle, strawberry and raspberry composition on a brown background. Shot with a Nikon z7ii, 24-120 lens at 40 mm, f/6.3, ss 125. Profoto B10+ artificial light. Edited in Lightroom. After the shoot, all I had to do was serve and eat it!
Colorfull cocktails blend together in 1 image. This is a composite of 4 pictures. Photographing at a black background en black reflecting surface. I made each picture with just 1 flash and bounce screen.

Sometimes movement is necessary in an image and that slight drop can make the whole difference from a static image to a dynamic masterpiece. Image was created during a 70's concept classy photo shoot for Petry Bistro in Targu-Mures.
This photo was taken for a French client whose speciality is truffle and truffle based products. The idea was to represent and capture a stolen moment in a countryside kitchen when preparing an aperitif.
A December limited item that my wife found and brought to me. No sugar is used, and the sweetness of the dried fruits and honey combined with the crunchy texture of the nuts is irresistible. Time to enjoy special small but heavy bread with whiskey.

I love the process of building a context around the food I am photographing, and that surrounding enhances the overall sentiment of the image in harmony. This image was shot during a session at Farinozzo's italian pizza place in Targu-Mures.
