I feel like underneath the world of food photography is a small niche or specialization for restaurant photography. Shot with flash I really tried to copy the natural light that would appear in the restaurant during its lunch service. We had to shoot this in studio because of some restrictions.

Coffee Jelly. A popular jelly flavour often served as part of Japanese meal. Commonly made with instant coffee; this time I tried with Indonesian ground coffee for a stronger taste of coffee. It is then drizzled with milk.<br />

I've been wanting to shoot with this fantastic Teku beer glass for some time. These are great for drinking beer from, but when it came to capturing it, it seemed too elegant for a boozy beer shot! And I saw it would project a gorgeous shape on the wall.

4 delicious variations of the Neapolitan pizza. The pizza has a great crispy batter, the edge has risen perfectly and is full of air pockets. A few toasted spots are part of it! The mozzarella is nicely melted and combines with the tomato sauce.

I thought it would be fun to shoot Absolut Mistletoe in a different style with a GOBO effect. To give it a clean and classy look, I decided to go for an all white background.
