Recipe photographed for famous Italian starred chef, Ciro Scamardella, based in Rome at the Pipero restaurant.
A delicate pasta called "Risone" with a black truffle jelly sheet.
This is another image which a created and captured for a local bakery. The business wanted the main focus on the texture of the focaccia. The airiness and huge bubbles. I had to style the focaccia 4 different ways. 3 times savory and 1 time sweet.
Pear hazelnut frangipane tart with chocolate shavings. This scene was not artificially styled for a shot. But when I’ve finished this tart with chocolate shavings and sugar powder dust and cut a few pieces my gaze got locked in all the beautiful details and then…. everyone had to wait until a made a shot before eating.
Caviar bumping is a special way of eating fine caviar. The warmth of the hand slightly warms the caviar and enhances the taste and aroma.
A cocktail of Austrian schnaps and Korean peach milk soda, garnished with cranberry and fragrant rosemary. A new creation just wonderful for this holiday season.
Stewed cabbage. Do you know the useful properties? Stewed cabbage is a traditional Latvian Christmas meal.

I created this image for a local bakery . They wanted to get there signature focaccia styled and shot 3 different ways. This is a focaccia drizzled with a saffron star anis syrup, topped with vanilla cream cheese and a pear poached in saffron, cinnamon and star anis.
I am a very dark and moody style food photography lover, but with these little gingerbread houses I wanted to create a light and airy feeling.
Still Life advertisement for a famous wine brand from southern Italy, Puglia.
The wine photographed is a white "chardonnay" wine
I would call this picture "Still life with chocolate Christmas wreath and magical swirls of smoke". Smoke adds depth to the shot, as well as life and energy.
Mandarine kir royal. I wanted an image to capture the golden hue of the liquor used in the cocktail and the feeling of sunshine it brings.
While visiting Europe a few months ago, a dear cousin of mine gave me a bottle of Schnaps that she and her husband brought from Austria during their travel. It's one of @feinbrennerei.prinz. Truly an exquisite drink perfect for this holiday season; either on its own or mixed for a cocktail.
Created to showcase a familiar scene and focused on the contrast between the soft, calm green tones and the energy of the falling chocolate crispearls.
I’ve created this festive scene to celebrate upcoming Christmas. The natural light was soft and beautiful that day and it was such a pleasure to work with it. I wanted to imitate snowing on these mini bundt cakes so I didn’t use my hands in the frame or myself, only that sugar snow.
Which way do you turn this to make sense ???♂️. It will depend if you are coffee or desert person, but I enjoyed so much making this tricky setup.
A typical splash, rehearsing high speeds sync in the studio. Using two stripboxes with the same power to achieve uniformity in terms of light in the scene and also the effect of elongated light on the sides of the bottle.
A breath of summer. A photo shoot of juicy watermelon smoothie with strawberries and blueberry for Boost Juice Bar Latvia @boostjuicelatvia @boost_juice
Springerle Cookies. Since these cookies are very common during the Christmas season I tried to create a Christmassy holiday story around it. The sprinkle stands for snow and the wooden props should give a cozy magical mood .
I knew that this cozy eggnog-infused cabin would benefit from a plume of smoke ribboning from its chimney, and fresh rosemary provided the perfect kindling to finish the festive scene.
