Baking for Grown ups with a Toffee Apple Pie Cocktail.
This cocktail image aims to bring back childhood memories of tart, spiced apples with a rich toffee sauce in crisp lattice pastry. Rich, caramel browns run through this image. From the Toffee Apple Pie over ice, through the cinnamon apple crisps to the sweet toffee sauce running slowly from an old spoon. A simplified set and three box arrangement suited this cocktail the best with the light and shade background of the whole series on show again. This was part of a test mini-series done during the lockdown. To check out more of these images go to www.wildsmith.photography
Commissioned work to help announce a new "Journey" series by Virginia Distillery. This photo of Britannia was inspired by the beautiful malty, wood notes and a sense of adventure.
Photograph of Fitzgerald Cocktail, a classic from the 90s, with rosemary aroma and a cinnamon smoky touch; prepared by Ulisses Giovannelli for the new cocktails menu at @sulinaparrillarestaurante
Craft beer photographed in a minimalist way, or rather arranged and photographed. In this picture I was concerned with minimalism, freshness, liveliness and the unusual, perhaps irritating, presentation. My usual goal was to captivate the viewer's eyes with a new impression for more than 3 seconds, maybe it worked for one or the other. I am happy and thank you to be part of the community.
An action shot, playing with water splash. I love the colour combination of purple and yellow from cabbage and the vintage knife.

Golden Sesame Ball. Shot this with styling for poster and packaging usages. 3 lights have been used to create this art. Making the golden ball pops.
Part of the joy of a pavlova is having that satisfying โcrunchโ together with smooth and soft layers of mascarpone cheese and sour pop of berries in your mounth but this pavlova tart is layered with levander infused mascarpone layers so it gives this unexpected depth of floral flavours in addition and creates an unforgettable combo.
I wanted to create a dark and moody cocktail with mysterious vibes. The addition of the bokeh effect helps to highlight the cherry on the cocktail pick.
Looking for some air and freshness? These infused refreshments did miracles during the heat wave in Paris. Captured with a flash and octa box. And the ice cubes are real!
An Espresso Martini photographed in a dark lighting set up using two side lights and high speed sync to freeze the moment up in the air.
This was photographed for a small boutique wine company and its range of wines. I had previously created a dinner scene for the same company and re-used some of the dishes I had previously prepared to photograph this scene as well.
Durian, the โKing of Fruitsโ is a tropical fruit distinguished by its large size and spiky, hard outer shell. It has custard-like flesh with large seeds.
This image was inspired by the fruit seller whom I bought this durian at the market. I created this single image narrative in dark and moody which I re-enacted myself and added the motion blur as part of the action.
There is nothing more relaxing than splashes. Maybe only more splashes! This kind of photography wakes up an inner kid inside me and makes me very happy
Cheers to everyone! Summertime is here. I added a slice of fashion feel, fresh food photography style, and bubbles to the food photography community.
Fire & Ice, The warm colours of the rum sat over ice. This image was created to capture the light within the drink and how the colours could happily represent a dancing flame.
Commissioned work for Glenfiddich Whisky to showcase what kind of foods pair well with their single malt. Shot in studio with Profoto B2 lighting and fresh fruit. Pretty minimal retouching.
One of Salut!'s magnificent desserts on the summer menu 2021!

A delicious Negroni, mixed with Campari, Gin, Vermouth Rosso, cinnamon and clove essences. Photographed with a backlight to accentuate the contrasts and textures.
Wine and wine glasses were photographed within green & orange leaves, including being photographed on top of a couple of wooden chopping boards that are made out of Huon Pine from Tasmania, Australia.
