Seventy-Seventh Collection
Green, the mixture of blue and yellow, can be seen everywhere and in countless shades. This green pea and mint soup is eye-catching and delicious. Green is the colour!
I decided to create this blue fantasy to frame another one of my mom's recipes, her Rum Bread.
The concept was mainly to play with contrast and harmony, make the yellow/orange of the bread stand out against the blues on the whole set.
This Bread is soaked in rum after it's baked, we just decided to pour a little bit more.

Raspberries are one of my favourite subjects to capture. Usually I use them as part of the styling or to decorate cakes and desserts with but this time it was all about berries and the journey from frozen to thawed. Love the versatile texture of frost and berries combined.
Blackberry Spritz
It`s my last shot before the war. Early the next morning we woke up to the explosions of russian missiles and bombs.
There is nothing better this time of year than a fresh tomato galette. This galette was made with fresh tomatoes, fresh ricotta, egg and parmesan cheese (as the base) and then topped with burrata, pepper and fresh basil. Egg wash was added to the crust for the golden look. Shot on a Nikon D-850 and a Profoto B10+.
Tea product, a personal project for my portfolio. I have used splash and levitation for this shot to create a fresh and appealing scene. The analogous colours complete and help the viewers eye in a pleasant atmosphere.
Inspired by cherry blossom season, this pink peppercorn cacio e pepe is blooming with tiny edible flowers carved from red pearl onions in springy shades of pink and purple.
Playing with light to create a moody atmosphere around a loaf of bread, which is being prepared for the dinner table. The dark backround helps to highlight the main element.
The image was made for a global photography challenge. Cinnamon infused meringues inspired by the rich brown tone of the whiskey cocktail. The most important photographic element is the color combination that created the depth of this picture.
The cold colors, the soft light, the light haze, the drops of still water, give the sensation of being in a winter atmosphere. Photograph made in the studio with flash light.
I have took this picture exactly one year ago, on 28th of Feb, but back then I didn’t know, I couldn’t even imagine that blue and yellow will become colors of true heroism, bravery, true leadership and unity. We are forever grateful for you defending our freedom. Stay strong Ukraine.

Mushromm soup with rosemary noodles ,root vegetables a herb oil.
Capturing the sweetest moment, taking advantage of the side light from a window to get that soft look in the lights and shadows of the scene.
This has been a photo that ended up on a restaurant banner of the Client. It is taller than I am, and already in front of the place :) I wanted to show a cool action with this delicious ramen.
I remember the day when I shot this scene. It was a really very sunny day and I have south fasing windows, so the light is very strong. It’s not easy to work with such conditions but limiting the amount of light sometimes works like a charm and gives that beautiful contrast.
Freshly baked rye handmade breads on old wooden table with linen napkin and apricot tree blossom branch. Dark rustic style. Photo styling of paintings by Flemish painters
I'm not the best baker in the world. I once had an apple pie explode in the oven! Must have been that dynamite I put in the filling.
Nor are my pies very artistic looking. In fact they are far, far from beautiful. Quite ugly, actually.
But I think baking is just as much about creating original and delicious deserts as it is about beautiful creations. And so this rosewater syrup, plum and blackberry tart with a rose petal granola topping found itself being baked in my kitchen. Quite delicious actually.
Shot with a Nikon D-850 and a Profoto B10+.
Color and movement are most important elements in the editorial photography.
This is a real capture of time fraction.
Shot at 1/4000 sec. with highspeed tecnique
